What are the opening hours?

How can I reserve a table?
Reserve a table easily by phone on +49(0)4030993280 or online using the booking button on the website.
Do I have to cancel my reservation?
Please be fair and cancel your table reservation well in advance so that other guests have the opportunity to get a table on short notice.
How can I reserve a table by the window?
There is a limited number of window seats, which are usually booked up early. Please indicate your wish when making your reservation in time and we will try to fulfill it. The guarantee of a window seat does not exist.
What's for dinner at clouds?
Creative, exceptional crossover cuisine with high-quality and seasonal products from the region, fine meat cuts, fish dishes and vegan, or vegan dishes. You can find the menu HERE.
Can I eat at clouds even with food intolerances?
Please indicate your allergies and intolerances, if possible, when making your table reservation. Our service will additionally ask you about allergies at the table.
As a vegan/vegetarian, can I find dishes on the clouds menu?
On the clouds menu you will find delicious dishes without fish and meat and also some vegan dishes. Please let the service staff know your diet. The kitchen team will be happy to accommodate your wishes.

What is the best way to get to clouds?
The clouds - Heaven's Bar & Kitchen is located directly on the Reeperbahn and thus in the heart of Hamburg. The subway stop and bus stop St. Pauli is only 100 meters away. Surrounding parking spaces are available for a fee.
Is there wifi?
Free Wi-Fi is available in our restaurant and in Heaven's Nest. In addition, you will find USB ports for charging smartphones at our daybeds in Heaven's Nest.
Is the clouds wheelchair accessible?
The clouds is largely barrier-free and has a disabled toilet. However, only stairs lead to our roof terrace Heaven's Nest.
Is there a terrace?
Our roof terrace Heaven's Nest with a view over the whole of Hamburg will be open from April/May till October in good weather conditions.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept AMEX, VISA and Mastercard credit cards as well as EC cards.
Is it possible to dine in a private atmosphere at clouds?
If you would like a dinner in a private atmosphere for small or larger groups, send us your request or contact us by email at events@clouds-hamburg.de.

At clouds - Heaven's Bar & Kitchen in the Dancing Towers you can enjoy exceptional crossover cuisine with a view over Hamburg.
The coast by east at the HafenCity location invites you to seafood with an unobstructed view of Hamburg's Elbphilharmonie concert hall.
Sushi and Asian dishes await you at the east restaurant, just 5 minutes from clouds.
Can I book your rooms for private events?
On the 22nd floor is the clouds conference floor with multifunctional rooms, modern technical equipment and a fully equipped professional kitchen. The clouds team will be happy to plan your event with you.

Is there clouds catering?
At your event at clouds, the kitchen team will cater for you and your guests. Our event team will be happy to assist you in planning the menu.
Are children welcome at clouds?
Of course! For the little ones we provide high chairs if necessary.
Are dogs allowed in the clouds?
You are very welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you, as long as it does not disturb other guests present.
